PAYMENTS
First payment: 30% non-refundable to confirm reservation. By Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. Payment is made through the payment gateway of avaibook.com
Second Payment: 70% on the check in. By Visa, MasterCard or cash.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 100 is paid at check in time. By Visa, MasterCard or cash. It is refunded when you check out, after preliminary review.
TAXES
All included in the price booking on our website.
LEASE CONTRACT
Conditions will be formalised by signing a simple lease contract at check in. Only people older than 18 years can sing the contract
IMPORTANT
Parties or noisy activities are not allowed. Respect to place and neighbours is our core value.
Cancellation fee is 30% of the price, the first payment is not refundable.
